Purpose:

The objective of this eva was to test the new suits as well as continue testing our armband GPS system.

Narrative:

this EVA was a pretty simple and uneventful. we decided to take a nice flat walk across our western boundaries. The reasoning behind this was because we wanted something with little strenous activity for the new packs. a usablity test was conducted on the new packs which is detailed in the commanders check in. the western end of the habitat was a flat dry river bed with lots of plant life and animal tracks. it feels like no matter in what direction we travel a new habitat is awaiting.

the flat river bed brought light to lots of plant life as well as wild life which wasn't new but it was never in that abundance.
