Purpose:

Topography, Google Glass test, video shooting.

Narrative:

- We discovered topographically very interesting area north of the base that will be explored again tomorrow for generic geology research and second reporters record. Today visited two locations mostly for purposes of landing plateaus identification.

- Google Glass compas was identified to be unprecise compare to regular hand compass and preliminary conclusions pointing at benefits of helmet mounted displays rather then head mounted displays when a head-position independent information is required

- Reporters utilised the trip for hours of great background footage

- Laser enhancing glasses were successfully used for distance measurements between topographic features [peakes and hills] - Crew 135 recommends these red polarization glasses to everyone who would like to have amazing martian experience at MDRS
