Miyajima Hiroyuki

Last night, I set the temperature of the heater at 18 degree Celsius so that crewmembers can sleep well in upper-type bed room. They were able to sleep very well. After the breakfast, two crew engineers repaired some space back packs for our afternoon EVA. We conducted our first EVA on foot. Four crewmembers walked to hill located approximately 1 km from MDRS. This was the first EVA for three crewmembers except me. We enjoyed the short trip to get to the east hill that we can see from the Hab window. Two crewmembers stayed at MDRS and cleaned the floor in the Hab for hygiene control

by using Japanese traditional methods.
