Purpose:

There were three primary objectives for this EVA:

1. To obtain water samples for chemical analysis.

2. To obtain gypsum and graded bed samples.

3. To obtain video chronicling of MCC experience in MDRS.

Narrative:

This EVA were comprised of three objectives critical for multiple research projects. We drove to Candor Chasma and there we traverse our way down the canyon on foot with our supplies. While in the canyon, we made a few stops to collect rock samples and measurements until we have reached a prime location for the water sample. Fortunately, gypsum were present along the cliffside of where the water samples were obtained. From then, we packed our supplies and prepared to head back to the hab.
