Last night we welcomed the New Earth Year with a small ration of champagne and a few rounds of cards. We are not on a schedule that permit’s a excessive celebration, and although were up a bit later than usual, we awoke at 08:30 for our normal yoga routine. Today was another day without an EVA, and the crew spent most of it lollygagging around the Hab, doing what work there was to do. We
did get a nice break around 16:00, and visited the Greenhab. Although still in a very early stage of assembly, the small amount of light coming in from the overcast sky was a very nice break from the confines of the Hab. The air, although smelling of propane, was also refreshing. We each took turns planting a few seeds that will add diversity to the diet of upcoming crews.
