Examination of hygiene

＜Purpose of Stamp test＞

It is aimed for prevention of the food poisoning.

Stamp test（Agar nutrient medium for microbes）

We can know the kind of microbes on the stamp test.

＜Tool : Stamp test examination＞

Stamp test kit, 70% alcohol、Cotton、Sodium hypochlorite、Dishcloth

＜Method : Stamp test examination＞

Please open the cover of the stamp test.

Please put a stamp in the place where you want to get a result from.

A stamp has microbe.

Please close the cap of a stamp, and, please leave it unattended at normal temperature for one week.

One week later, please count the microbe in the top of the stamp.

After examination, please clean up the place which you got the result by using 70% alcohol or/and Sodium hypochlorite.

Use it for keeping clean environment.

After clean up the place by using Sodium hypochlorite there is no bacteria.
