Summary: 01/18 was cloudy, no observations. 01/19 I attached CCD camera, get familiar how to work with it, put DSLR camera on tripod and was ready to observe occultation of Aldebaran by the Moon. To the time of occultation clouds are covered the sky completely and even the Moon disappeared.

Problems Encountered: Also, I worked on sensor question. I examined the white box, found shaft and sensor. I cannot see the opportunity to clean without disassembling the whole mechanism. It is located between the wall and the white box, photo is attached. Should I disassemble or just leave it
like this? I do not mind to rotate the dome manually, but I am ready to try to do what should be done. Actually, from my point of view it seems like the sensor is higher than tha shaft, but it should not be like this.
Yours sincerely,
Shteyngardt Veronika
