Hi Mission Support,

Sol Summary Report (SSR) for 29 March 2016

SOL: 9

Person filling out Report: Bertrand Steenput

Summary Title: A normal day on Mars

Mission Status: Running on the CAT, all other systems are nominal

Sol Activity Summary: For breakfast this morning we ate pancakes! Very nice to start a day with pancakes, the rest of the day went very smoothly, Arthur is trying to make his mapping of the base, Gregory had to repair one of his “hazardous area” transceivers, and he also repaired the short circuit on the rover. He tested it with full batteries, I then tried Scott Davis's solution to repair the turret and now everything is fully operational on the NorCal Rover. Julie has made some manipulation on her bacteria media. Sadly, the weather was really not good last night for our astronomy team Nadine and Mathieu. And I have tried to repair my antenna to use it tomorrow.

Anomalies in work: None

Weather: Cloudy, warm and very windy in the afternoon.

Look ahead plan: EVA#10 Yagi antenna test, “hazardous area” transceiver retrieval.

Crew Physical Status: Physical status OK. Journalist Nadine Traufler feeling much better today, rest of the crew a little bit tired but still very motivated

EVA: Walking EVA, around the hab, mainly for altitude sampling for Arthur's mapping project.
