Today was a relatively light, though productive, day for Crew 138. Our XO and Greenhab Officer Roman-Gonzalez did a great job of organizing and cleaning the Greenhab, Crew Engineer Berger assisted with planned and contracted maintenance of the waste management system, Crew Journalist Urquhart was able to re-establish connection with the satellite that was damaged in Monday’s windstorm, and Science Officers Hoyt and Saab had a successful and fruitful EVA sortie. As Commander, I maintained the Hab during the day’s activities, prepared lunch for the crew, and monitored comms during the EVA. Tonight’s crew activities will include continued preparation of the handbooks and checklists that are in progress, food supply organization and inventory, exercise, and a presentation by Crew Geologist Hoyt.
