Last nights excursion to the Musk Observatory was very impressive! Unfortunately our crew got to bed late but it was well worth it.
This morning began with biscuits and gravy, Health and Safety Officer Painter makes some fantastic biscuits and gravy and also led
our ears and thoughts with a great mix of music. During and soon thereafter, we had a meeting to go over our duties, research, and
EVA’s. At 0930 the 1st EVA crew suited up and left for the geology EVA. While they were gone, the other crew worked on research
and lunch. Commander Paulina also led a small tour for a group of students during this period. When the 1st EVA crew returned we
all had lunch. At 1430 the 2nd crew departed for EVA while the first crew continued research.
