MDRS Crew 156 Journalist Report

Last night, crew 156 decided to have a little exercise session with a High Intensity Interval Training workout. Luckily, we received the new matresses in the evening allowing us to have a well deserved sleep. After a quick breakest, we jumped right into our lectures which centered on space physiology. We also looked at different pathologies encountered in space including urogenital disorders and VIIP (a visual problem related to space travel). Following our EVA, we a had a fantastic pasta dinner with bananna bread! Tonight’s plan calls for a game of cards and some stargazzing.
