HSO Report ­ 4th

No Major H&S / Injuries to report one minor blister on Sam due to drill vibration

Commander Paul hurt his hand due to saw. Most minor cuts and grazes are due to

engineering team not having adequate equipment to for fill our duties e.g. a sharp wood

saw etc.

Have made sure team wheres safety googles and follows typical H&S in relation to using

tools.

Will update daily if an incident occurs and weekly if not which in this case will be at the

end of the rotation.
