As our time on Mars draws to an end, Crew 133 is getting better at stepping in to do what's necessary, when it's necessary. The co-ordination is astounding to watch. When crew members come back from an EVA, other people are ready and able to help them. Photos and videos are passed between people at astounding speed. Observatory operations are becoming more efficient, with even the non-astronomy crew members having ample chance to look through the telescope.

We're even getting better with the restrictions here on Mars. Our water usage is considerably lower, our food is especially tasty (not speaking for my own skills, but for others) and we know how to manage our Internet resources as needed.

These are all skills that will serve us well back on Earth, and I am proud to be a member of this crew that has changed so much, and done so well, in the short time we were here.
